Introduction

The Officer Verifikasi Pemasaran (KL – MVO) is a pivotal role within our dynamic marketing team, based in Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. As a front‑line professional, you will act as the bridge between our company, dealers, and end‑customers, ensuring that every sales opportunity is vetted, qualified, and converted into measurable revenue. Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long‑lasting relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and key customers, to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Present and promote a portfolio of multi‑product offerings, tailoring pitches to meet the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and on‑site surveys to assess the creditworthiness and purchasing potential of prospective customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure accurate product information and timely promotional material distribution.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions, proposals, and sales outcomes in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating performance reporting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth objectives.
  • Provide after‑sales support and follow‑up to guarantee customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Travel within the Tulungagung region using a personal motorcycle (SIM C required) to visit dealers, attend trade events, and conduct field assessments.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field) – candidates with a S1 degree are highly preferred.
  • Age: 28 years old or younger at the time of application.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
  • Zero to two years of professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously worked in sales or marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey complex product information clearly and persuasively.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C).
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
