We are seeking a dedicated Operator Alat Berat – Excavator Mini to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will operate mini‑excavators on a variety of site projects, ensuring that earth‑moving tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This full‑time position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and provides an excellent platform for career growth within the heavy‑equipment sector.
Responsibilities
- Operate mini‑excavators for digging, trenching, grading, and material handling in accordance with project plans.
- Conduct pre‑operation inspections, checking fluid levels, hydraulic systems, and safety devices before each shift.
- Apply proper digging techniques to achieve precise depths and slopes while minimizing soil disturbance.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and labor crews to align equipment usage with overall construction schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating moving parts, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, wear required personal protective equipment, and participate in daily safety briefings.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of operating hours, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays.
- Assist in setting up site barriers and signage to protect personnel and the public around the excavation area.
- Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency, reduce fuel usage, and extend equipment lifespan.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this position).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience operating a mini‑excavator or similar hydraulic equipment.
- Strong understanding of excavation mechanics, hydraulic controls, and safe operating procedures.
- Basic knowledge of routine equipment maintenance and the ability to perform minor repairs.
- Excellent physical stamina and mental alertness to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to react quickly to changing site conditions.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with supervisors and crew members.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred.
