Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer (Channeling) to join our growing team in Sumedang. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of financing products through dealers and other channel partners, ensuring that both productivity and quality targets are consistently met. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong customer relationships, develop a deep understanding of the automotive financing market, and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Execute the end‑to‑end sales process for financing products, from lead generation to contract signing, across dealer networks and other sales channels.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality and compliance.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with dealers, brokers, and end‑customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with the credit and underwriting teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely approval decisions.
- Provide product training and support to dealer staff, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote financing solutions.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and credit status, ensuring all customers maintain a clean credit record (SLIK Lancar).
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Gender: Male (as stipulated by the position requirements).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven sales or marketing experience, preferably within the automotive financing or consumer credit sector.
- Credit History: No records of delinquent credit or negative SLIK status.
- Core Skills: Strong sales orientation, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and basic CRM software.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Personal Attributes: High integrity, strong ethical standards, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
