This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our internal computer systems and supporting creative design work using Corel DRAW. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain daily operations of desktop computers, servers, and network equipment across the office.
- Perform routine hardware checks, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with vendors when necessary.
- Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
- Utilize Corel DRAW to create, edit, and finalize graphic assets for marketing, client presentations, and internal documentation.
- Provide first‑line technical support to staff, resolving issues related to operating systems, peripherals, and connectivity.
- Document all system changes, incidents, and resolutions in an organized ticketing system.
- Assist the IT team in backing up critical data and restoring information in case of system failures.
- Maintain an orderly and secure workstation environment, enforcing company policies on data privacy and security.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand design requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in IT operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma).
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- No specific age restriction; candidates of any age meeting the other criteria are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in operating Corel DRAW for graphic design tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work a six‑day work week (Monday – Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
