Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Cleaner Professional to join our facilities management team. This full‑time role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for employees, visitors, and clients. The position operates Monday through Saturday, offering a stable schedule from 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a high standard of hygiene.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers, and carpet extractors safely and efficiently.
- Restock sanitary supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels) and report inventory shortages to the supervisor.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, safety hazards) discovered during cleaning duties.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and adapt to ad‑hoc requests, such as event clean‑up or deep‑cleaning projects.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents and techniques for different surface types while adhering to environmental and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other housekeeping staff and facilities personnel to coordinate tasks and maintain a seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks, incidents, and supply usage for management review.
- Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism by arriving on time, wearing the prescribed uniform, and displaying a courteous attitude toward all building occupants.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
