Responsibilities
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow SOPs to wash, dry, iron, fold, and pack garments according to customer specifications.
- Inspect garments for stains, damages, or missing items and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular sanitization of equipment and workstations.
- Assist front‑desk staff in greeting customers, answering basic inquiries, and handling garment drop‑off and pick‑up.
- Track inventory of laundry supplies (detergents, softeners, hangers) and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Document daily production metrics and any equipment malfunctions for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations to protect both staff and customers’ clothing.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑30 years (both male and female applicants are welcome; the original posting preferred female candidates).
- Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent; senior high school (SMA) is a plus.
- Physical fitness: Able to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive motions.
- Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team‑player mindset with good communication skills.
- No prior experience required, but experience in laundry or cleaning services is highly desirable.
- Key skills: garment washing, drying, ironing, meticulous attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and quick, organized work habits.
