Introduction

The Administrator Operasional dan Manajemen Administrasi is a pivotal role that supports the smooth functioning of daily business activities. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure all departments function efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital documentation, including contracts, invoices, and internal reports.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and track deliveries to avoid shortages.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork, attendance tracking, and employee record keeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management.
  • Facilitate communication between cross‑functional teams, ensuring information flows smoothly.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.
  • Uphold company policies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a safe workplace.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0+ years; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
