- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate mobile‑app features, process transactions, and capture real‑time sales data.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales presence at each outlet, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Leverage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to create and share engaging content that highlights Home Credit’s financing options, driving both foot traffic and online inquiries.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and Home Credit regional supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer questions, troubleshooting payment issues, and ensuring a smooth repayment experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior work experience are highly preferred.
- Age limit: up to 35 years old.

- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and handle objections.
- Professional appearance; well‑groomed and presentable at all times.
- Own a functional Android smartphone with internet access.
