We are seeking a dedicated Operator Produksi – Pengawasan Operasional dan Kualitas to join our manufacturing team in Batujajar, West Java. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible shift schedules, step in for colleagues during Friday prayer times, and contribute both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities on the assembly line, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Conduct routine quality inspections, record measurements, and report any deviations to the supervisor promptly.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on machinery, particularly in the mechanical and automotive sectors.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously, documenting all actions and outcomes in the production log.
- Coordinate shift handovers, communicating critical information, equipment status, and any pending issues to the incoming team.
- Assist in the calibration and testing of control systems to guarantee accurate machine performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Support colleagues during peak periods and provide coverage for team members observing Friday prayers, ensuring uninterrupted production flow.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field; SMA/SMK (Teknik Mesin/Otomotif) accepted for fresh graduates.
- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old are preferred, though the focus is on capability and attitude.
- Gender: Open to all qualified candidates; the position is especially suitable for female applicants.
- Experience: Prior experience in a production environment is advantageous, but fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00‑17:00.
- Reliability: Willingness to substitute for colleagues during Friday prayer times.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings, basic machine maintenance, and familiarity with control system monitoring.
- Personal Attributes: High discipline, keen attention to detail, quick decision‑making, and strong teamwork orientation while also capable of independent problem‑solving.
- Location: Must be willing to be stationed in Batujajar, West Java.
