Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area by promptly clearing tables, resetting settings, and ensuring that all surfaces remain spotless throughout service.
- Assist with table preparation, including arranging cutlery, glassware, and linens, to create an inviting and orderly setting for each guest.
- Address minor complaints or concerns with empathy and tact, escalating more complex issues to the shift supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to synchronize the flow of service and minimize wait times.
- Monitor and replenish service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and other essentials to keep operations running smoothly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food, regular hand washing, and wearing appropriate attire.
- Participate in briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and best service practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a food‑and‑beverage (F&B) setting, preferably as a server or waitstaff.
- Polished appearance and strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and courteously.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly, stay organized, and adapt to a high‑volume environment.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for serving guests.
- Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, with operating hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
