Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our dining team as Waiters – Customer Service & Dining Support. This position plays a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. Whether you are a fresh graduate eager to start a hospitality career or an experienced server looking for a new challenge, you will be part of a dynamic team that values professionalism, teamwork, and a genuine passion for service. Our restaurant operates six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, with shift hours of 08:00 – 17:00, providing ample opportunity to develop your skills while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary accommodations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring all special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve meals and drinks in a courteous and timely manner, checking back with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, polishing silverware, and resetting stations between guests.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure smooth flow of orders and seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end‑of‑shift cash‑out procedures with accuracy and integrity.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and personal grooming standards.
  • Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service standards, and promotional offers.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities when assigned as a shift supervisor (SPV), delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and reporting of any equipment or supply issues to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK equivalent; D3/D4 preferred for candidates seeking advancement.
