Responsibilities
- Collect packages and shipments from the warehouse or client locations according to a daily schedule.
- Transport goods safely to designated destinations using company‑provided vehicles or approved personal transportation.
- Verify the accuracy of each delivery by checking tracking numbers, signatures, and condition reports.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with dispatchers, customers, and receiving personnel to resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Ensure all required documentation (delivery notes, receipts, and incident reports) is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols, including proper loading and unloading techniques to prevent damage.
- Perform routine checks on delivery equipment, report maintenance needs, and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to client inquiries.
- Assist with occasional warehouse tasks such as sorting, labeling, and inventory counts during peak periods.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices, technology tools, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; must not be currently enrolled in a college program.
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (if a personal vehicle will be used).
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and navigation apps; familiarity with 3D Max is considered a plus for handling digital route visualizations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities to meet strict delivery windows.
- Physical fitness to lift and carry packages of varying weights safely.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and continuous improvement.
