Introduction

AmarthaLink, a leading fintech platform focused on expanding financial inclusion across Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Partner Agent – Sales Acquisition to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing a network of agents who will promote AmarthaLink’s suite of digital financial services. This role combines field sales, relationship management, and strategic market analysis to drive the company’s growth objectives in targeted regions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute aggressive acquisition campaigns to onboard new AmarthaLink agents, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct on‑site presentations and workshops to educate prospective agents about the benefits, features, and operational procedures of AmarthaLink services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with agents, ensuring high satisfaction levels and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Provide hands‑on training and continuous support for agents on the use of our platform, product portfolio, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor agents’ transaction volumes and performance metrics, offering corrective guidance to optimize results.
  • Analyze market potential, competitor activity, and regional demographics to devise actionable expansion strategies.
  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports covering acquisition progress, sales performance, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, product, and operations—to align agent initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory, conducting field visits and attending local networking events.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and developing a pipeline of new business partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the assigned geographic area, with an existing network of contacts considered a plus.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and possess a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on ethical sales conduct.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and adapt to fast‑changing environments.
  • Open to full‑time field work, Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
