Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the head of a busy retail outlet in the daily coordination of store operations. This role is ideal for a proactive woman who can blend strong marketing insight with hands‑on leadership, ensuring that the store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising all daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate inventory management, perform regular stock checks, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
- Support marketing initiatives by implementing promotional campaigns, visual merchandising standards, and in‑store events that drive foot traffic.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, prepare daily and weekly reports, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Coach, motivate, and schedule store staff, fostering a collaborative team environment that emphasizes accountability and continuous improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend adjustments to pricing, product assortment, and promotional tactics.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a marketing or retail‑focused role, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, honesty, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in basic store management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
