Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Rehabilitation and Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing high‑quality therapeutic services that enhance the physical well‑being of our clients, while also supporting the overall growth of our wellness centre. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical conditions and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Apply a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality treatments, to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics, home exercise programs, and preventative strategies to maintain long‑term health.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in accordance with privacy regulations and organisational standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Ensure the treatment area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Participate in regular training sessions and professional development workshops to stay current with industry best practices.
- Assist in promoting the centre’s services through client referrals and community outreach events.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are core values.
- Age limit: up to 23 years old.
- Must be single and possess a personal motorbike for commuting.
- Professional appearance and a courteous, honest attitude.
- Prior experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, diligence, and a commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Willingness to pursue a clear career progression within the company.
