As a front‑line ambassador, you will play a pivotal part in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring every meal is served with precision, courtesy, and a genuine smile.
Responsibilities
- Promptly deliver food and beverages to guests’ tables while adhering to the restaurant’s service standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are fully stocked.
- Verify orders with guests to confirm accuracy, handle special requests, and communicate any modifications to the kitchen staff.
- Provide personalized recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless coordination during busy service periods.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, respond swiftly to any concerns, and follow up to guarantee complete satisfaction.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, such as setting up the dining floor before service and conducting final inspections after closing.
- Uphold the restaurant’s hygiene and safety protocols, including proper handling of food, sanitation of workstations, and compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only.
- At least 1 year of experience in a fine‑dining or upscale restaurant setting; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are also welcomed.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact with international guests.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
