Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Steward – Pengelola Kebersihan dan Layanan Fasilitas to join our facilities team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers across our operational sites. The successful candidate will work six days a week, providing comprehensive cleaning, sanitation, and basic food‑and‑beverage support while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected according to company protocols.
- Manage waste collection, segregation, and disposal in compliance with local environmental regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, request replenishment, and store chemicals safely.
- Support food‑and‑beverage operations by preparing simple meals, serving refreshments, and ensuring dining areas are spotless.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken equipment) to the facilities supervisor promptly.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down venues for meetings, events, and trainings, guaranteeing that all spaces meet the required presentation standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to COVID‑19 sanitation measures.
- Collaborate with the in‑house clinic staff to maintain a hygienic environment that supports employee well‑being.
- Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing, as scheduled.
- Provide courteous assistance to staff and visitors, answering queries related to facility services and directing them to appropriate resources.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all gender identities.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and candidates with basic cleaning or hospitality exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including safe handling practices.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact politely with diverse groups.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate loads for up to nine hours per shift.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including a one‑hour break.
