Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies that align with national brand goals.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a cross‑functional team of marketing executives, coordinators, and field representatives.
- Conduct in‑depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
- Set clear, measurable targets for campaigns and monitor performance against KPIs such as brand awareness, lead generation, and ROI.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and post‑analysis of promotional events, trade shows, and digital advertising initiatives.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create integrated go‑to‑market plans that support product launches and seasonal peaks.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with all legal, brand, and safety standards, including the proper use of company vehicles (SIM A & SIM C).
Requirements
- Male candidates up to 45 years of age (gender inclusive policy applies for other roles).
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher; high school (SMA/SMK) considered when coupled with relevant experience.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within consumer goods, retail, or services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strong target‑orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and team‑building skills, capable of motivating diverse groups.
- Valid driving licenses: SIM A (car) and SIM C (motorcycle).
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
