Introduction
We are a vibrant, customer‑focused restaurant located in the heart of the city, seeking a dedicated Female Restaurant Server with at least one year of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be expected to cover weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Communicate orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely delivery of dishes while maintaining quality standards.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, monitor tables throughout service, and anticipate guests’ needs (e.g., refilling drinks, offering condiments).
- Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit cards, and digital payments, and issue receipts with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Upsell special items, promotions, and desserts to increase average check value.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, escalating to management when necessary, to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions on menu updates, service standards, and English language proficiency.
Requirements
- Female, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a restaurant, café, or similar F&B establishment.
- Polished appearance and strong communication skills; ability to engage guests in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and reliability, with a strong track record of punctuality.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during busy service periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating bills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
