Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Staf Promosi Penjualan (SPG) to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate products on the sales floor, highlighting key features and benefits to customers.
- Engage with shoppers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive merchandise display that follows visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash transactions, process sales using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and issue receipts accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report low‑stock situations to the store manager.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing performance data and suggesting improvement ideas.
- Assist in setting up promotional events, in‑store demonstrations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Uphold company policies regarding customer service, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
- Continuously learn about new product lines, promotions, and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (maximum age 27 years).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills with a confident, friendly demeanor.
- Prior experience in retail or sales promotion is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Disciplined, responsible, agile, and proactive in taking initiative.
- Willingness to learn quickly and a genuine “niat kerja” (strong work intention).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work the full schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
