Introduction

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources Development team in Boyolali, Central Java. This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to experience the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, employee development, and HR administration within a dynamic, fast‑growing organization. The position is ideal for undergraduate students who are eager to apply academic knowledge to real‑world challenges while building a solid foundation for a future career in Human Resources.

Work days are Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing ample exposure to daily HR operations and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the administration of psychological and competency assessments, helping to interpret results and prepare reports for hiring managers.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of employee development programs such as onboarding workshops, soft‑skill training, and performance‑feedback sessions.
  • Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS) with accurate employee data, ensuring compliance with data‑privacy standards.
  • Prepare routine HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding checklists.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct basic research on HR trends, best practices, and labor regulations to assist senior HR professionals in strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Active undergraduate student (all majors accepted); preference given to those studying Management, Psychology, or English Literature.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree coursework completed (S1 level).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Familiarity with psychological assessment tools or interest in learning them.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling employee information.
  • Willingness to be stationed in Boyolali, Central Java for the duration of the internship.
  • Basic knowledge of HR management systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
