Responsibilities
- Attend weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations to capture candid, emotionally resonant video footage.
- Compose aesthetically pleasing shots using an iPhone 13 or higher, employing techniques such as rule of thirds, natural lighting, and smooth motion.
- Perform rapid video editing on‑the‑go with CapCut, delivering polished highlights, teasers, and full‑length reels within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate closely with event coordinators, photographers, and other crew members to ensure seamless coverage and consistent brand messaging.
- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final deliverables in a shared cloud workspace for easy access and future reference.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, gathering feedback and making revisions to meet their expectations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in short‑form video, social media platforms, and editing tools to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Uphold professional standards of punctuality, reliability, and teamwork in all assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; we celebrate diversity and inclusion.
- Residence in Kediri or surrounding areas, with the ability to travel to event locations as needed.
- Own a smartphone of at least iPhone 13 (or comparable Android device) capable of shooting high‑definition video.

- Strong visual sense for candid, aesthetic moments and the ability to anticipate key emotional beats during events.
