Introduction
SPX Express, a leading logistics and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider in Eastern Flores, is seeking a proactive Manajemen BPO to join our dynamic team. This full‑time, contract position will be based in Kabupaten Flores Timur and will play a critical role in coordinating manpower, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless daily operations across our courier and non‑courier networks. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower requests by liaising with recruitment teams and external staffing vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of operational needs.
- Maintain and regularly update the manpower database, generating turnover reports and conducting gap analyses to forecast staffing requirements.
- Oversee courier and non‑courier partner activities, including attendance tracking, issuance and consolidation of warning letters, and escalation of partner issues to the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Administer BPJS (Indonesian social security) and private insurance programs, handling payment reconciliations, collecting supplemental documentation, and coordinating responses to any incidents.
- Perform invoice reconciliation to verify accuracy of vendor billing and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Prepare periodic operational dashboards and analytical reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as vendor compliance, turnover rates, and cost variances.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks, recommending automation opportunities, and assisting in the implementation of best‑practice SOPs.
- Travel within Kabupaten Flores Timur as needed to conduct on‑site vendor assessments, audit attendance records, and build strong partner relationships.
- Adhere to a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 09:30‑18:30, while demonstrating flexibility during peak periods or urgent operational demands.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in HR administration, vendor management, or relationship management within a logistics or BPO environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with practical knowledge of VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret workforce data to support strategic decision‑making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy in repetitive, high‑volume tasks.
- Willingness to work on a contractual basis, with full‑time office presence in Kabupaten Flores Timur.
- Flexibility to travel locally for vendor visits and on‑site audits.
