The role offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with placements aligned to each applicant’s domicile, ensuring a convenient commute.
Responsibilities
- Collect parcels from the SPX warehouse or partner locations and deliver them to the designated customers on time.
- Verify that each shipment arrives in perfect condition and matches the order details, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Plan and optimize daily routes using map tools or the company’s routing software to reduce travel time and fuel consumption.
- Update delivery status in real‑time through the mobile application or directly to the supervisor, ensuring transparency throughout the logistics chain.
- Conduct routine checks on the motorbike, including fuel level, tire pressure, brakes, and lights, and arrange maintenance when needed to keep the vehicle road‑ready.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace inside the vehicle, securing parcels to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, handling inquiries, signing for receipts, and representing the SPX brand positively.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to address any delivery challenges, such as traffic delays or address ambiguities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 50 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Valid driver’s license for motorbike (A) and a clean driving record.
- Essential skills:
- Basic B2C sales and customer interaction knowledge.
- Understanding of fleet and logistics management principles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle simple administrative tasks such as filling delivery forms.
