Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Ahli Pengawasan Konstruksi to join our dynamic construction team. This senior‑level position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all projects are executed with precision, adhering to budgetary constraints, technical standards, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in construction estimation, strong drafting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and field personnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for new and ongoing construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Create and modify project layout drawings to determine optimal placement of scaffolding, temporary structures, and utility lines.
- Utilize AutoCAD and 3D Max to produce high‑quality 2D and 3D drawings, supporting design reviews and construction planning.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings, extracting critical dimensions for on‑site implementation.
- Calculate volumes of earthworks, concrete, and other materials, as well as linear profiles for roads, drainage, and utility installations.
- Coordinate with procurement and subcontractors to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor daily construction activities, reporting progress and any deviations from the plan to senior management.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all estimations, revisions, and approvals for audit and quality control purposes.
- Foster a safety‑first culture by ensuring that all drawings and calculations comply with local regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read and produce detailed building plans.
- Familiarity with 3D Max and other visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for accurate volume and profile calculations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work on schedule.
- Basic understanding of construction administration and property management processes.
- Zero to several years of experience; fresh graduates with a solid technical background are encouraged to apply.
