Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pemimpin Lantai Operasional Jombang to join our growing food & beverage team. This managerial‑level position will be based in the KAB. Jombang area and will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence across all service stations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, a passion for the F&B industry, and the ability to lead a diverse crew through shifting schedules, training programs, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform crew duties across all stations, including cashier, server, kitchen, production, and barista areas.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to opening and closing procedures, health & safety standards, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular stock opname, manage inventory control, and coordinate with vendors to guarantee product quality and availability.
- Develop and execute employee schedules, manage shift rotations, and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training initiatives for new and existing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Monitor crew performance, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to set sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for service improvement.
- Prepare operational reports, including labor cost analysis, waste reduction, and profitability assessments.
- Participate in a 3‑6 month intensive training program to master company systems, SOPs, and leadership methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 (any major), with a strong preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the Food & Beverages sector, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a 3‑6 month training period and adapt to evolving operational procedures.
- Good health condition with no chronic illnesses that could affect job performance.
