We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior B2B Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing educational services firm based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with schools, delivering professional business presentations to senior school administrators, and ensuring that our student‑support programs are implemented in line with agreed‑upon terms. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our organization and educational institutions, driving revenue while fostering long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential schools that would benefit from our student‑mentoring and tutoring programs.
- Conduct on‑site and virtual presentations to school leadership, clearly articulating program value propositions and ROI.
- Collaborate with school officials to assess specific needs and tailor our tutoring solutions to match those requirements.
- Draft partnership agreements, negotiate pricing structures, and define operational workflows for program delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with client schools, monitoring satisfaction levels and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Track sales pipeline metrics, prepare forecasts, and report progress to senior management on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams—curriculum designers, operations, and customer support—to ensure seamless program rollout.
- Travel extensively across East Java to meet with prospective and existing school partners, maintaining a high level of mobility and adaptability.
- Continuously analyze market trends in education technology and tutoring services to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Male, Muslim, maximum age of 30 years; healthy lifestyle, non‑smoker, and no romantic commitments that could affect work focus.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from an accredited university in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within the education or training sector.
- Strong negotiation skills, professional communication abilities, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated capacity to build and sustain client relationships at the senior managerial level.
- High level of self‑motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis for market insights.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime for events or key client meetings.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Surabaya and surrounding regions.
