Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Floor Leader to join our vibrant restaurant team in Yogyakarta. This pivotal role will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive team performance across all service stations. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, and ready to grow within the fast‑paced food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities
- Execute crew duties across all stations—including cashier, server, kitchen, production, and barista—to maintain seamless service flow.
- Supervise and mentor restaurant staff, providing on‑the‑job coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Manage restaurant operations such as stock inventory, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate shift schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels while balancing labor costs and peak‑hour demand.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage items, working closely with vendors to maintain product standards.
- Lead training programs for new hires, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and revenue growth.
- Maintain an active police clearance (SKCK) and uphold all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in weekly management meetings and contribute ideas for menu development and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 (all majors accepted).
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in Food & Beverage is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Active SKCK (police clearance certificate).
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and be stationed at our Yogyakarta restaurant.
- Analytical mindset, compliance awareness, conflict‑management ability, and strong presentation skills.
