Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular wiping of surfaces, cleaning of coffee machines, and proper storage of supplies.
- Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping floors, sanitizing tables, chairs, and countertops, and ensuring the restroom areas are tidy.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cleaning agents; report shortages to the manager and assist with restocking.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to customers, taking orders accurately and handling cash or digital payments.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, waste segregation, and pest control measures.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to stay updated on new menu items and service techniques.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, which include cash reconciliation, equipment shutdown, and final cleaning checks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
