Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Produksi Operasional dan Kontrol Kualitas to join our dynamic team in the Waru area. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a basic background in manufacturing, baking, or food‑and‑beverage (F&B) operations who are eager to develop their skills in production management and quality assurance. The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and provides a supportive environment where diligence, precision, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Assist the production supervisor in planning daily baking schedules and allocating resources to meet output targets.
- Operate and monitor bakery equipment, ensuring machines are set up correctly and run safely.
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods, documenting any deviations from standards.
- Perform basic calculations for inventory control, ingredient batching, and cost tracking, maintaining accurate records.
- Support the cleaning and sanitation process to uphold hygiene standards required by food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to report material shortages or quality concerns promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for workflow optimization and waste reduction.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, reporting production status and any operational issues to senior staff.
- Adhere to company policies, including punctuality, attendance, and observance of the five daily prayers for those who practice.
- Provide flexible support during peak periods while ensuring that work does not become overly demanding or stressful.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in baking or F&B is a strong advantage.
