Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and client‑focused Financial Advisor (FA) to join our team in the Sorong region, covering the areas of Fak Fak, Bintuni, and Manokwari. This position is based at a Bank Mandiri branch and will serve customers of AXA Mandiri, providing tailored financial planning and insurance solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families achieve financial security while representing one of Indonesia’s most reputable banking and insurance collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for prospective and existing clients.
- Design and propose customized insurance and investment products that align with each client’s risk tolerance, life stage, and financial goals.
- Actively market AXA Mandiri insurance offerings through phone calls, face‑to‑face meetings, and digital channels.
- Guide clients through the policy application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Provide end‑to‑end support for claim submissions, follow‑up, and resolution of any complaints, acting as the primary liaison between the client and the insurer.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory changes, product enhancements, and market trends to offer informed advice.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, aiming for high retention and referral rates.
- Collaborate with branch staff and other financial professionals to cross‑sell complementary services.
- Prepare regular performance reports, track sales targets, and contribute to strategic planning meetings.
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product expertise and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: 38 years or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Demonstrated sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑service mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team‑oriented branch environment.
- Commitment to a standard work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00–17:00.
