Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of therapeutic services including reflexology, body massage, facial treatments, and other beauty therapies in accordance with the spa’s standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand health history, preferences, and any contraindications before each session.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens, following health‑and‑safety protocols.
- Document each client’s treatment plan, progress notes, and feedback accurately in the spa’s management system.
- Recommend appropriate after‑care products and follow‑up services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels of oils, lotions, and other consumables, and notify management of re‑order needs.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest spa trends, techniques, and wellness research.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, reception staff, and management to ensure a seamless and welcoming client journey from arrival to departure.
- Uphold the spa’s brand image by presenting a professional appearance and demonstrating courteous, empathetic communication at all times.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this position).
- Age: 20 – 35 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; certifications in massage, reflexology, or related fields are a strong advantage.
- Physical fitness: Ideal body weight and height, with good stamina to perform full‑body treatments throughout the day.
- Health: Excellent physical, mental, and spiritual well‑being to meet the demands of a fast‑paced spa environment.
- Soft skills: Friendly demeanor, strong discipline, unwavering commitment to the organization, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to listen actively to client needs.
- Availability: Willingness to work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Training mindset: Open to continuous learning and ready to undergo company‑provided training programs.
- Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills (e.g., English) are a plus.
