We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Development (HRD) professional to join our growing team in Denpasar. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive HRD strategies aligned with the company’s short‑ and long‑term objectives.
- Act as a bridge between management and staff, addressing complaints, requests, and workplace issues with diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Create and execute training and development programs that boost motivation, productivity, and overall employee performance.
- Oversee the performance review cycle, ensuring consistent evaluation criteria, timely feedback, and actionable development plans.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with all HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant labor regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present HR metrics and reports to senior leadership for data‑driven decision making.
- Utilize tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office to create engaging internal communications, policy documents, and training materials.
- Support administrative personnel functions, including employee record management, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Female candidates are preferred, in line with the specific demographic focus of the position.
- Age between 27 and 40 years.
- At least 1–3 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a similar HRD or talent development role.
- Residency in Denpasar or surrounding areas, with a reliable local address.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills, with the ability to mediate between diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in Canva for visual content creation, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
