Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Petugas Penagihan Remedial to join its Pasuruan, Jawa Timur branch. This role is pivotal in ensuring that overdue receivables (A/R Overdue) are collected efficiently, supporting the company’s cash flow and financial stability. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with credit, sales, and legal teams while adhering to strict regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collections of overdue accounts, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Monitor and update the A/R aging schedule daily, flagging high‑risk accounts for senior review.
- Conduct phone calls, send written reminders, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers.
- Negotiate repayment plans that align with both customer capability and company targets.
- Prepare detailed collection reports for management, highlighting trends, success rates, and any escalation needs.
- Coordinate with the credit assessment team to verify borrower information and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, consumer protection laws, and industry best practices throughout the collection process.
- Assist in the development of improvement initiatives, such as automated reminder systems or customer education programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Support special projects, including portfolio analysis and risk mitigation strategies, as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or related financial services (experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of CRM or collection software.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Pasuruan branch in accordance with domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
