Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and professional Pengemudi Operasional Kendaraan Logistik to join our growing logistics team. The role is crucial for ensuring timely and safe delivery of sales materials and other goods across East Java. This full‑time position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing an excellent opportunity for a disciplined driver to contribute to a dynamic, customer‑focused organization.
Responsibilities
- Operate company‑provided vehicles (both manual and automatic transmission) to transport sales orders, spare parts, and other logistical items to designated locations.
- Plan and follow optimal routes using Google Maps and local knowledge of East Java, minimizing travel time and fuel consumption.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections, verify vehicle condition, and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the vehicle, including regular washing and basic upkeep.
- Secure cargo properly, ensuring that loads are protected from damage during transit.
- Provide courteous service to clients and internal staff, representing the company’s brand positively.
- Complete daily delivery logs, mileage reports, and incident forms as required by management.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations, company policies, and safety protocols to uphold a high standard of road safety.
- Assist occasionally with loading and unloading items, especially for time‑sensitive sales deliveries.
- Participate in periodic driver training sessions and safety briefings.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as an operational driver or personal driver.
- Active SIM A (Indonesian driver’s license) with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong familiarity with the East Java region, including major highways and local streets.
- Ability to read and navigate using Google Maps or similar GPS applications.
- Good physical health and mental resilience to handle long driving hours.
- Demonstrated discipline, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Willingness to work the standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
