Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer product inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and process electronic payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including regular stocking of shelves, arranging promotional displays, and ensuring price tags are up‑to‑date.
- Prepare and serve simple food and beverage items in the outlet, adhering to food safety standards and company hygiene protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting periodic stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and coordinating with the store’s back‑office team.
- Support promotional activities such as product tastings, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures, including proper handling of equipment, emergency response, and loss‑prevention measures.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift handovers and consistent service quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or current university student.

- Age: No strict upper limit; candidates should be physically capable of handling shift work.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates and entry‑level applicants are welcome.
- Availability: Ability to work six days a week with one day off, or choose a part‑time schedule (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays only).
- Shift Preference: Morning shift (09:00‑15:00) or evening shift (15:00‑21:00); flexibility to rotate as needed.
- Contract Length: Four‑month fixed‑term contract, with potential for extension based on performance.
- Personal Traits: Non‑smoker, does not vape, and maintains a clean‑cut appearance.
