Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Pengumpul Data Lapangan (DEMAK) to join our dynamic field collection team. This position is pivotal in ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining strong, professional relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will operate primarily in the field, conducting visits to client locations, negotiating payment arrangements, and delivering accurate reporting to support our financial health.

Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site collection activities, visiting customers to discuss and settle overdue invoices.
- Perform cash or electronic payment collection, ensuring proper documentation and receipt issuance.
- Prepare and submit detailed visit reports, including payment status, customer feedback, and any escalations.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets set by the supervisor.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of the assigned geographic area, including traffic patterns and client locations.
- Utilize negotiation and communication skills to resolve disputes and arrange realistic repayment plans.
- Collaborate with the back‑office team to verify payment entries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on field observations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection or a related field; 2 years preferred.
- Valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM C) and own two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) in good condition.
- Strong knowledge of the local area to maximize route efficiency.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
