Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and empathetic Frontline Consumer Consultants to join our growing network of therapy centers across the Jakarta metropolitan area. This role is the first point of contact for parents and patients, providing essential information about our therapeutic services and guiding families through the enrollment process. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a customer‑service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

The positions are available in the following branches: BSD, Cibinong, Bogor, Tebet, Rawamangun, and Depok. Work hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00, with a focus on delivering consistent, friendly support throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line representative by welcoming parents and patients, answering inquiries, and providing clear explanations of therapy programs.
  • Conduct initial consultations to assess each child’s therapeutic needs and match them with appropriate service packages.
  • Assist families with all administrative steps, from registration and paperwork to scheduling therapy sessions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with parents, tracking satisfaction levels and addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Coordinate closely with therapists and clinic staff to ensure schedules are aligned and progress reports are shared in a timely manner.
  • Prepare concise daily reports that capture consultation outcomes, follow‑up actions, and valuable feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Achieve monthly target metrics related to new client intake, appointment confirmations, and overall customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new therapy offerings, promotional campaigns, and best practices in client engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; any major is acceptable.
  • Age: 21 – 35 years, with a flexible attitude toward shift work.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, front‑desk, or consultancy roles, preferably within healthcare or educational services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under targets, multitask, and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience when dealing with families navigating child development challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, and online scheduling platforms).
