Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Field Data Collector to join our team in Banda Aceh. This role is pivotal in supporting our collections department by preparing accurate billing documentation, coordinating daily field visits, and maintaining rigorous monitoring of payment activities. Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize all administrative billing data, including receipts, memos, customer payment promises, and historical payment records.
- Generate daily field visitation schedules based on geographic zones and the docking results provided by the Team Leader.
- Receive and verify customer data assigned by aging categories, ensuring completeness through month‑end and daily installment collections.
- Conduct consistent control and monitoring activities, tracking collection performance and reporting deviations promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentation decks for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date log of motor vehicle usage and ensure the validity of a current Class C driving license (SIM C).
- Collaborate with senior collectors and supervisors to resolve disputes, answer customer inquiries, and provide courteous support throughout the collection process.
- Participate in regular team meetings, share field insights, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and recovery rates.
Requirements
- Age between 19 and 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection or a related role; fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data handling.
- Possess a reliable motorcycle and a valid, active SIM C.
- Male gender (as specified by the client’s operational requirements).
- Strong interpersonal and social communication skills, capable of handling sensitive financial discussions with professionalism.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility to attend occasional overtime or special projects.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
