We are seeking energetic and reliable Kurir Motor & Mobil to join our fast‑growing team in Kota Tangerang. Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from ShopeeExpress hubs and deliver them to the customers’ doorsteps according to the schedule provided.
- Verify that each package matches the order details, is intact, and is sealed properly before departure.
- Plan and optimize daily routes using GPS tools or the ShopeeExpress mobile app to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Update the delivery status in real‑time through the company’s system, reporting any exceptions, delays, or customer feedback promptly.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle checks to ensure the motorbike (or car) is road‑worthy, clean, and fueled.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with customers, representing the Shopee brand positively.
- Collaborate with fellow couriers, dispatch supervisors, and customer‑service agents to resolve issues and improve overall service quality.
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: up to 40 years old; no upper age limit beyond this maximum.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C (motorcycle license) with an active status.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a coordinated team.
- Good knowledge of the local area around the candidate’s domicile; familiarity with major streets, shortcuts, and traffic patterns is a plus.
- Personal vehicle (motorcycle preferred) is optional but may be required based on operational needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Basic digital literacy to operate the ShopeeExpress delivery app, capture signatures, and upload photos of delivered parcels.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of parcels of varying sizes throughout the workday.
