Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential new borrowers, encouraging them to join Amartha’s micro‑loan program.
- Conduct on‑site economic counseling for households, helping members understand budgeting, savings, and repayment strategies.
- Perform detailed surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, adhering to Amartha’s internal policies, risk‑assessment criteria, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage the full collection cycle, including timely follow‑up and repayment collection from borrowers.
- Maintain accurate field records, update the CRM system daily, and report key performance indicators to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with the training team to deliver financial‑literacy workshops for community groups.
- Participate in regular debriefings, sharing insights from the field that can improve product design and outreach strategies.
- Ensure personal safety and compliance with company standards while working in diverse field conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years preferred).
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; female applicants are given priority.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across Karawang Timur daily.
- Strong personal integrity: honest, meticulous, communicative, resilient, and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and handle occasional challenges with poise.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a keen interest in financial services are encouraged to apply.
- Basic digital literacy and proficiency in using mobile applications for data entry and communication.
