Responsibilities
- Greet and register all visitors, patients, and clients, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update the appointment schedule, coordinating with medical, hotel, or service staff to avoid conflicts and maximize resource utilization.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparation of daily reports using standard office software (MS Office, email clients, and basic CRM tools).
- Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and issuance of receipts while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Support the branch’s marketing and promotional activities by preparing brochures, updating notice boards, and liaising with external vendors.
- Monitor and replenish front‑desk supplies, ensuring a tidy and professional workspace at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on industry best practices, language proficiency, and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; candidates with a background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Healthcare Administration are strongly preferred.
- Experience: At least 1‑2 years of proven experience in front‑office, customer care, call center, or similar service‑oriented roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer operations, Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with reservation or patient‑management systems.
- Language: Active command of English—both spoken and written—is required to communicate effectively with international clients and internal stakeholders.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, strong time‑management, problem‑solving ability, and a courteous, professional demeanor.
