This full‑time role focuses on maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff throughout the bustling weekend periods. The successful candidate will be stationed at the mall premises, working Friday through Sunday, and will play a critical role in upholding the mall’s reputation for security excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the mall’s public areas, parking lots, and back‑of‑house zones to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate with the central control room to quickly identify and respond to suspicious activities.
- Provide crowd control during peak shopping hours, promotional events, and special occasions, ensuring orderly flow and compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist visitors with directions, lost‑and‑found inquiries, and general customer service questions, reinforcing a friendly and professional image.
- Execute emergency response procedures, including fire evacuation, medical assistance, and first‑aid provision, while maintaining clear communication with emergency services.
- Perform routine checks of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and alarm systems, documenting any deficiencies for immediate corrective action.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, log daily activities, and submit findings to the security supervisor for record‑keeping and analysis.
- Collaborate with mall management, tenant security teams, and law‑enforcement agencies to coordinate joint security initiatives and drills.
- Maintain personal appearance, uniform standards, and professional demeanor at all times while on duty.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 23 and 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1–3 years of proven experience in a security or related safety role.
- Valid Gada Pratama certification and an active KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota) membership.
- Physical height of 170 cm or taller, with good overall fitness to perform patrols and emergency tasks.
- Current domicile that matches the placement location in Karawang.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with diverse visitors and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and follow established protocols.
- Basic first‑aid knowledge and willingness to undergo additional safety training as required.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
