Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Kredit (CMO) to join our growing team in Surabaya. This pivotal role bridges the gap between our financing solutions and the market, ensuring that dealers and borrowers receive exceptional service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, conducting thorough credit assessments, and driving the company’s credit marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, and provides a platform for both fresh graduates and professionals with at least one year of experience to develop a robust career in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with dealers, brokers, and prospective borrowers to expand the company’s credit portfolio.
  • Prepare, organize, and verify all documentation required for field surveys, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal policies.
  • Conduct on‑site credit feasibility surveys, assessing the financial health and repayment capacity of potential borrowers.
  • Verify the legality and authenticity of all credit‑related documents, including titles, permits, and tax records.
  • Perform detailed credit analysis using quantitative methods, risk scoring models, and qualitative judgment to determine eligibility.
  • Present credit proposals and recommendations to senior management, highlighting risk factors and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal, underwriting, and collection teams to streamline the loan approval process.
  • Monitor post‑approval performance of credit accounts, identifying early warning signs and recommending corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns that promote credit products to target segments.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations, financing trends, and product innovations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.75.
  • Age not exceeding 28 years; male gender as specified by the hiring criteria.
  • At least one year of experience in credit analysis, loan marketing, or a related financial role. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient understanding of consumer credit analysis, financial statement interpretation, and risk assessment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with dealers, borrowers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset: meticulous, critical, persistent, and capable of handling complex data.
  • High level of integrity, loyalty, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Active motor vehicle ownership and a valid SIM C license for field visits.
  • Basic knowledge of the financing industry, including prevailing interest rates, loan products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or credit management software.
