Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Petugas Kebersihan dan Layanan Pembersihan to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all company premises. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough daily cleaning of office floors, workstations, restrooms, common areas, and any specialized zones such as production or laboratory spaces.
- Follow company‑provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify and report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the facilities supervisor in a timely manner.
- Manage waste segregation, recycling, and disposal according to environmental guidelines.
- Restock hygiene supplies, such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, ensuring all areas remain fully equipped.
- Support special cleaning projects, including deep‑cleaning after events, seasonal maintenance, and post‑construction cleanup.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely, including vacuums, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with security and other support teams to maintain a secure and orderly workplace, especially during night or weekend shifts.
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities, attendance, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new cleaning technologies, chemical handling, and ergonomic best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years old or younger (maximum 35 years for certain locations).
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; gender is not a restriction.
- No prior experience required, although a strong willingness to learn and a meticulous work ethic are essential.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a systematic approach to cleaning tasks.
- Ability to follow written and verbal SOPs accurately.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, to ensure 24‑hour coverage of critical areas.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand instructions and convey observations clearly.
