We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Customer Service Team as Waiters. This position is a cornerstone of our hospitality operations, ensuring that every guest experiences seamless, friendly, and high‑quality service from the moment they are seated until they leave. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer any questions regarding dishes, specials, or dietary accommodations.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve meals and drinks in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to safety standards.
  • Monitor tables throughout service, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any additional guest requests.
  • Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, including chefs, bartenders, and host/hostess staff, to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase average check size.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Participate in pre‑service briefings and post‑service debriefs to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; we value diversity and inclusion.
  • No prior experience required, but previous work in food and beverage service is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to serve guests.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented mindset.
