Centrepark Citra Corpora, a rapidly expanding Parking Management leader across Indonesia, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Attendant Parking (Petugas Parkir) in Sukaramai, Kecamatan Pekanbaru Kota, Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will play a crucial role in delivering safe, efficient, and customer‑focused parking services for a diverse clientele ranging from daily commuters to corporate visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet motorists with a friendly and professional attitude, directing them to available parking spaces and providing clear instructions.
- Operate ticketing machines, barriers, and payment kiosks, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction recording.
- Monitor parking area for safety hazards, unauthorized vehicles, and compliance with facility rules, reporting any incidents promptly.
- Assist customers with queries, vehicle location assistance, and special requests such as valet or handicap parking.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot, including regular checks of signage, lighting, and equipment.
- Conduct end‑of‑shift reconciliation of cash, tickets, and electronic records, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate with security personnel and local authorities when necessary to handle emergencies or disputes.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on customer service, safety protocols, and new parking technologies.
- Adapt quickly to schedule changes, including weekend and holiday shifts, to ensure continuous coverage of the facility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old at the time of application.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational guidelines).
- Physical: Height at least 165 cm, proportionate weight, no glasses (no myopia or astigmatism), no body piercings or tattoos.
- Availability: Immediate start and willingness to be assigned to any location within Sukaramai, Pekanbaru.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Sunday, 08:00‑17:30.
- Key Skills: Strong customer‑service orientation, disciplined work ethic, ability to work effectively in a team, clear verbal communication, basic numeracy for cash handling.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
