We are seeking a diligent and reliable Petugas Pemotongan dan Pengantaran Material to join our operations team. This role is essential for ensuring that materials are accurately cut, packaged, and delivered to our clients in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and prepare various construction and packaging materials according to project specifications.
- Operate handheld tools, cutting machines, and basic measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, transport, and deliver cut materials to designated sites or customers, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- Maintain accurate records of material quantities, cuts performed, and delivery logs using POS or inventory management software.
- Assist the cashier team in processing payments for material sales, handling cash, credit, and digital transactions with precision.
- Conduct routine checks of equipment and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Adhere to company safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and promote a culture of safety among peers.
- Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
- Participate in shift handover meetings, providing updates on completed tasks, pending orders, and inventory status.
- Perform occasional driving duties, delivering materials using a company‑provided vehicle when required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; D3/D4 is preferred for candidates seeking advancement.
- Age: 18–30 years old, male.
- Honest, meticulous, and highly responsible with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and able to perform quick calculations related to material measurements and pricing.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday–Saturday schedule).
- Presentable appearance and good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Prior experience as a cashier in food & beverage or retail environments is highly valued.
- Familiarity with POS or cash register applications.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C); a SIM A for driving a company vehicle is a strong advantage.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate loads, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors when necessary.
- Disciplined, punctual, and able to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
