Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Rekrutmen to join our dynamic talent acquisition team at our Semarang office. This full‑time position offers the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of a growing organization that values innovation, diversity, and employee development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple business units, ensuring that hiring targets are met with high‑quality talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and university partnerships to attract candidates for various levels and functions.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and evaluate candidates against job specifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule in‑person interviews with hiring managers, provide interview guides, and collect feedback for timely decision‑making.
- Administer and interpret psychological testing tools and assessment instruments to ensure objective candidate evaluation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular recruitment metrics reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning needs, forecast hiring demand, and align recruitment plans with business objectives.
- Promote employer branding initiatives, including campus recruitment events, career fairs, and online content creation.
- Negotiate offers, prepare employment contracts, and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets while adhering to budgetary constraints and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study accepted).
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Recruitment Staff or similar role.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s current workforce composition.
- Strong familiarity with the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Proficiency in using psychological testing tools and interpreting results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially on social media and professional networking sites.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and achieve quantitative hiring targets.
- Willingness to relocate and work on‑site in Semarang, Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
