To continue expanding our market share and deepen relationships with distributors, we are seeking a motivated Manajer Penjualan Produk Konsumen (Consumer Product Sales Manager) who can lead a high‑performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and champion our brand values.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with corporate revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new retail and wholesale accounts while nurturing existing relationships to increase product shelf‑presence.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to recommend product positioning and promotional tactics.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing training.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply‑chain, and finance departments to ensure product availability, optimal pricing, and effective trade promotions.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, forecasting demand and presenting actionable insights to senior management.
  • Conduct field visits, store audits, and retailer negotiations to ensure compliance with brand standards and promotional execution.
  • Manage the sales budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost‑effective use of resources.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a strong advantage.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Prior experience in consumer‑product marketing or sales is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong commercial acumen are welcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a cross‑functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; professional appearance and personal grooming are essential.
  • High level of resilience, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Key soft skills: problem‑solving, negotiation, analytical thinking, and a customer‑centric mindset.
